Ožakmenis is in Ignotiškis forest. Its dimensions are 5.1x3x3.3 m. In 1964, it was declared as a geological monument of nature. In 1985, it was assigned to monuments of republican significance and in 2000 – declared as a natural monument.
Ožakmenis flanks has markings on the sides. They may have emerged from the antlers of deer, elk and roebuck, which the animals have been sharpening at the stone. Due to its impressive size, the stone is sometimes referred to as the Puntukas of Rokiškis. According to the story, the ghost of the White Goat has been haunting at night by the Ožakmenis.
