Mičiūnai Burial Mound

On the eastern edge of the burial mound runs a natural embankment-goat, called the Giant’s Tomb. 1906 it, like Norkūnai, Radišiai burial mound in Rokiškis district, was excavated by a priest and local historian Juozas Žiogas. A black cultural layer was observed during plowing. Human bones and about 40 different artifacts were found here.
