J. and B. Baltakiai homestead “Alkas”

The homestead is 7 km away from Rokiškis, in the old village of Iciūnai. One-man’s cottage is surrounded by forests with hiking trails. The lovely Seklyčia accommodates up to 40 people. There are 10 sleeping places in the day.

Entertainment:
horse riding hall, sightseeing tours around the countryside, country sauna, arbors, swings, bicycles, outdoor fireplace.
In the summer season, there is an 80-seat hall for seminars, friends’ meetings in the old building.
The homestead has an ethnographic exposition.
The restored country house, which began its 90th anniversary, recreates the wooden architecture of the beginning of the 20th century in North East Aukštaitija. The homes of the homestead seek to preserve the homogeneous interior of the eight decades, which is enriched by an authentic bakery oven.
The homestead is open all year round.
