Oak street once led to Rokiškis Railway Station. At present day only a part of the street has survived. It was planted in the second half of the 19th century by Counts Tyzenhausai according to the fashion prevailing in Germany. The counts are long gone, but centuries-old oaks are still green. Locals say that this street is one of the most beautiful streets in the city.
