Antanas Tumėnas is a member of the Seimas, the Chairman of the First Standing Constitutional Preparation Commission, II Chairman of the Seimas, Head of the X Government, Minister of Justice, Professor of Law at Vilnius University, Member and Head of the Liberation Committee of the Supreme Council of Lithuania.
